This policy explains how NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED (“Visims”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit visims.com, hold or use VIC credits, purchase an eSIM or otherwise use our website and related services.
Visims resells eSIM services. The eSIM profiles offered through our service are provisioned and managed through our upstream infrastructure provider, AIRGSM PTE LTD. We facilitate access to those services and provide customer support.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Visims, we may collect:
- your IP address;
- your email address and other contact information you provide;
- information about your interests and preferences;
- information about how you use our website or blog;
- records of VIC purchases and VIC use;
- order and transaction details;
- information about device compatibility;
- eSIM provisioning and activation-related information; and

VIC information

VIC are not fiat currency. We do not hold fiat money for customers through VIC, and VIC have no monetary value outside the Visims platform.
Sharing needed to provide eSIM services
We may provide the personal and order information necessary to AIRGSM PTE LTD, relevant network operators and technical service providers so that an eSIM can be delivered, provisioned, activated, maintained, secured and supported. Depending on the service requested, that information may include contact details, order details, device-compatibility information, activation-related data and the contents of a support request.
We may also share necessary information with trusted service providers, infrastructure partners or network operators where this is needed to provide, secure, support or improve our services. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information.
